Why I need new tires.
My son has a very large venous lymphatic malformation (birthmark) onhis side. It has a "bubble" on it that looks like a turtle shell. Wellit's full of blood and he slipped in his socks on the lanolium and itstarted bleeding. We got that under control. Then I put him in theshower which has a SKID MAT in it and somehow he slipped and hit it onthe side of the tub and it busted WIDE open. I heard this high pitchscreaming and I go running in there and there is tons of blood runningdown his legs and in the bottom of the tub. Every time the water pushedit close to his feet he screamed louder. So I grab a towel and put itin there the whole time he's screaming b/c there is blood down hisstomach, crotch and legs. I call my dad. He tells me that unless I canquickly yank the "scab" AKA "bubble" if its just barely hanging, Igotta take him to the ER. well 1/2 was still attached to his side. theput some of those bad ass liquid stiches stuff on it. I didn't have towait even 5 minutes. The ironic part? I had JUST got off the phone withmy dad telling him that it really needed to be fixed soon and about theaccident earlier. I sent my dad the same pic I posted here and he said.NO dermatologist can fix it. a SURGEON will have to and he will be inthe hospital for a few days. So my dad is going to check and see if thesurgeon at Dallas Medical school or something will or CAN do it.(insidechannels) SO I am looking at a road trip soon to Dallas, at least inthe next month or so. I will NOT be able to go without new tires on mycar. It won't make it without a blow out. I will remake my wish fortires next round and I have a chip in for tires too. I have no choice. There is not a SINGLE doctor that is capable of doing anesthesia on achild for plastic surgery here in Abilene. Any support will beappreciated. Medicaid will cover the gas and my parents will cover mymotel by the hospital and our meals.
